They say it’s a great photo if it recalls emotions. I can frankly say that this photo of New Moon wolf pack sent shivers down my spine. The boys looks ominous and so sexy at the same time. Greatly toned, topless bodies represent everything a girl could wish for, while at the same time they radiate that immense “don’t mess with us” feeling. Raw power, raw emotion – at any time I was expecting to hear a howl. Great photo.
This is an officially released photo of the Wolf Pack of New Moon. From left to right we have: Werewolf Paul (Alex Meraz), Werewolf Sam (Chaske Spencer), Werewolf Jared (Bronson Pelletier) and Werewolf Embry (Kiowa Gordon).
As you know from Twilight books by Stephenie Meyer, the blood of werewolves is 108 degrees hot. With hot blood like that, the wolf pack likes to keep it topless. No shirts for the rulers of the forest. And they sure have the bodies to go with it.
As you also know from reading Twilight Series [dot] ca, the wolf pack actors – all of them as seen in the photo above are of Native American heritage. And so is Taylor Lautner who is not in this picture.
As director Chris Weitz says, it’s not always easy for the wolf pack as they have to work half naked, whatever Vancouver weather serves. Through the rain and chill – the wolf pack goes topless all the time. And as a viewer – I couldn’t be happier. Bring them on.
